Experience and explore sensory overload and finding peace in the digital revolution by using a low-key augmented reality experience!

We invite you to participate in this augmented reality City Walk to zoom in on specific stories and details that often remain unseen by the casual visitor. The City Walk was created specially for Ars Electronica Festival 2019 by a multidisciplinary team of students from HKU University of the Arts Utrecht (the Netherlands). We offer two different augmented reality walks through the city center of Linz. Tour one This tour will take you away from the hustle and bustle of the city to a quiet place. Tour two In contrast to the first tour, this route starts from a tranquil place and will gradually confront you with more external stimuli the further you progress.

For the City walk you need:
• Scan the code
• A charged phone.
• The appropriate video file downloaded or a link to the video stream.
• Headphones for the audio parts. Don’t forget to be aware of your surroundings and traffic.

Walk safe and have fun!

The tours start at the location shown on your device after scanning the QR-code.
